- Arriving at the orphanage during a blackout and being engulfed by hundreds of children.
- Riding camels through the dessert and visiting Timbuktu.
- Making amazing friends to stay in touch with back in Ghana.
- Singing, dancing, building and drinking with the locals.
- The sheer emotion of having to say goodbye, which showed how much everyone meant to each other.
- Helping deliver a Ghanaian baby.
