Update from MAD HQ: Akrofu Xeviwofe Renovation of Health Centre and Village Clinic.

The project aims to restore, improve and therefore prolong the life of the Akrofu Xeviwofe Health Centre. It was built by the government in Ghana, almost 20 years ago, and is slowly deteriorating and in desperate need of repair and improvements.The health Centre is an important facility not just for the residents of Akrofu but also for neighbouring communities.

Renovation of the facility should extend the life of the clinic by at least 20 years, and also make it more effective as a health facility, providing extra treatment space and more comfortable surroundings for patients.
